LAND SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Plot Application

A prospective buyer (“Applicant”) shall apply for a plot through Evermarkby paying a non-refundable plot application fee of TZS 5,000/=.

2.Application Validity(24 Hours)

Payment of the application fee grants the Applicant the right to select a plot within twenty-four (24) hours.

If no plot is selected within this period, the application shall lapse automatically without notice.

3.Initial Payment (50%)

Upon plot selection, the Applicant shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price within fourteen (14) days.

Failure to make this payment within the stipulated time shall result in automatic cancellation, and the plot may be returned to the market without notice.

4.Final Payment (50%)

The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be paid within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial payment.

Failure to complete paymentwithin this period shall resultin:

1. Automatic cancellation of the sale
2. Forfeiture of the application fee and all amounts paid
3. The plot beingreturned to the market withoutrefund, interest, or compensation

5.Mode of Payment

All paymentsshall be made only to the officialbank accounts of Evermark as communicated through the Platform or official written communication.

Payments made to any other accountshall not be recognized.

6.Fraud Protection & PaymentSecurity

1. Evermark does not accept payments throughpersonal accounts, agents,or third parties.
2. The Applicant must verify Evermark’s official bank details before making any payment.
3. Payments made to unauthorized accounts are invalid, and Evermark bears no liability for any resulting loss.
4. Evermark is not responsible for losses arisingfrom fraud, impersonation, or payments made outside official channels.
5. Any suspected fraud must be reportedimmediately to Evermark.

7.Transfer of Ownership

Ownership transfershall commence only after full payment and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Transfer timelines depend on government processes and are beyond Evermark’s control.

8.Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an application or making any payment throughEvermark, the Applicant confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
