LAND SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Plot Application

A prospective buyer (“Applicant”) shall apply for a plot through Evermark by paying a non-refundable plot application fee of TZS 5,000.

Payment of the application fee grants the Applicant the right to select a plot within twenty-four (24) hours.
If no plot is selected within this period, the application shall lapse automatically without notice.

Upon plot selection, the Applicant shall pay fifty percent (50%) of the total purchase price within fourteen (14) days.
Failure to make this payment within the stipulated time shall result in automatic cancellation, and the plot may be returned to the market without notice.

The remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be paid within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial payment.
Failure to complete payment within this period shall result in:
Automatic cancellation of the sale.
Forfeiture of the application fee and all amounts paid.
The plot being returned to the market without refund, interest, or compensation.

All payments shall be made only to the official bank accounts of Evermark as communicated through the Platform or official written communication.
Payments made to any other account shall not be recognized.

Evermark does not accept payments through personal accounts, agents, or third parties.
The Applicant must verify Evermark’s official bank details before making any payment.
Payments made to unauthorized accounts are invalid, and Evermark bears no liability for any resulting loss.
Evermark is not responsible for losses arising from fraud, impersonation, or payments made outside official channels.
Any suspected fraud must be reported immediately to Evermark.

Ownership transfer shall commence only after full payment and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Transfer timelines depend on government processes and are beyond Evermark’s control.

By submitting an application or making any payment through Evermark, the Applicant confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
